Shef Sanny is a certified ServeSafe Food Manager. ServSafe is an educational program developed by the National Restaurant Association to promote health, safety, and sanitation within all areas of the hospitality industry, with a particular focus in restaurant’s and commercial kitchens.
Kasonda Billups, also known as Shef Sanny, was born in Trenton, New Jersey to a family of seven. . As the middle child shef sanny was always in the kitchen growing her love for cooking and her connection to FEEDING the spirit in her home.

Shef Sanny founded KAB Gourmet Kitchen in 2018 and has established herself as a Private Shef, a retreat and event catering team, a pop-up Food Justice Warrior, and a meal prep community partner. Shef Sanny believes that connections start at home and inspires her Team to contribute to the family business.
